This privacy policy describes how Arrow Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other directly-identifying information. The App does collect the following through third-party services embedded in the App:

Firebase Analytics (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the App and to improve gameplay and difficulty balance. This includes:

Gameplay events (level started/completed/failed, collisions, booster usage, daily-challenge completion, ad-reward events, purchase events) and associated metadata (level number, duration, hearts remaining).
Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, general geographic region derived from IP address — not precise location).
A randomly-generated, resettable identifier used to distinguish devices (Google Advertising ID / Firebase Installation ID), not tied to your real-world identity.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

The App shows ads (interstitial and rewarded video) via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect:

Advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID) and device information, used to serve relevant ads and to prevent showing the same ad repeatedly.
General location (derived from IP address, not precise GPS location).
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions).

You can opt out of personalized advertising, and manage ad tracking preferences, in your device's system settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, varies by Android version). Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), the App shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before loading personalized ads.

In-App Purchases

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed entirely by the Google Play Store billing system. We do not receive or store your payment details — only a confirmation that the purchase was made, used to unlock the feature on your device and to restore it on reinstall.

Locally-Stored Data

Your game progress (current level, coins, streak, boosters, settings) is stored locally on your device using standard Android app storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is deleted if you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address above so we can address it.

Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google/Firebase according to their own retention policies. Locally-stored game data persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Your Choices

You can disable ad personalization in your device's Google Settings.
You can reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally-stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
